Your submission automatically creates a secure client profile within our system.

Once your portal access is confirmed, you will receive an Engagement Letter tailored to the services you selected.

4. Complete the Service OrganizerList Item 4
Inside the portal, complete a short Organizer designed for your selected service category.
Examples include:
- 1040 Organizer for Individual Tax
- Business Organizer for LLC / S‑Corp / Partnership
- Bookkeeping Setup Organizer
- Sales Tax Organizer
- Rental / Investment Organizer
- IRS Notice Intake Organizer
- Tax Planning Questionnaire
Your responses will automatically route your account to the appropriate workflow.

5. Upload Required Documents
Upload your tax forms and supporting documents through the secure portal.
Required items vary by service category, such as:
- W‑2, 1099, K‑1, prior‑year returns
- Business financials, bank statements, payroll reports
- Rental income/expense logs
- IRS notices or transcripts
- Sales reports for Sales Tax Filing
All files are encrypted and stored with industry‑leading security

You may register your preferred payment method (ACH or card) directly through the portal.

4. When will I receive access to my Client Portal?
You will receive a portal invitation within one business day after submitting your inquiry.
5. What if I already have documents ready before receiving the portal invitation?
Please wait until your portal is activated. All documents must be uploaded through the secure portal.
6. What is the Engagement Letter, and why do I need to sign it?
It outlines the scope of work, responsibilities, and fees. Your engagement officially begins once it is electronically signed.
7. What is the Organizer, and how long does it take to complete?
The Organizer is a short digital questionnaire tailored to your selected service. It typically takes 5–15 minutes.
8. What if I need multiple services (e.g., 1040 + Rental + Business Tax)?
You can select multiple services in the Organizer. Your workflow will automatically route to the correct pipelines.
9. What documents do I need to upload?
Required documents depend on your service type. Examples include:
- W‑2, 1099, K‑1, prior‑year returns (Individual Tax)
- Financial statements, bank statements, payroll reports (Business Tax / Bookkeeping)
- Rental income logs or STR details (Investment Tax)
- IRS notices or transcripts (IRS Representation)

10. How secure is the Client Portal?
The portal uses encrypted, industry‑standard security protocols. All communication and documents remain protected within the system.
11. Can spouses share one portal account?
Yes. Married filing jointly clients may share one portal account, or request separate accounts if preferred.
12. How does billing work?
After your Organizer is submitted, an invoice will be issued based on your selected service and any applicable add‑ons.
You can securely register your payment method (ACH or card) directly through the portal.
13. When do I need to pay?
Payment is typically required before work begins, as outlined in your Engagement Letter.
14. How do I track the progress of my engagement?
Your account will automatically move into the appropriate service pipeline (e.g., 1040, Business Tax, Bookkeeping, Sales Tax, Investment Tax, IRS Representation).
You can view updates, messages, tasks, and completed documents anytime through the Client Portal.
15. What if I have multiple businesses or rental properties?
You can list all entities or properties in the Organizer. Additional fees may apply depending on complexity.
18. Can I add additional services later?
Yes. You can request additional services at any time through the portal’s messaging feature.
We will issue an updated Engagement Letter and Organizer if needed, and your workflow will be adjusted accordingly
16. Do you work with clients outside Ohio?
Yes. We serve clients nationwide and internationally through our secure digital platform.
17. What if I receive an IRS notice during onboarding?
Upload the notice through the portal and select IRS Representation in the Organizer. We will review and advise on next steps.
18. Can I add additional services later?
Yes. You can request additional services anytime through the portal’s messaging feature. We will issue an updated Engagement Letter if needed.
19. What if I am not sure which service I need?
Submit your inquiry through the portal and select “Unsure.” We will review your situation and guide you to the correct service category.
20. What if I need urgent help (e.g., IRS deadline, wage garnishment, audit)?
Submit your inquiry through the portal and upload any relevant documents immediately. Mark your message as Urgent so our team can prioritize your case.
